2020 • Zion National Park

June 17, 2020 to June 21, 2020

United States of America
State of Utah

The first week of June in 2020, we were supposed to be heading to the island of Kaua’i in Hawai’i, but due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, that trip was cancelled in May. As a result of this, we started looking at places to go that were a bit closer to home and that would allow us to practice social distancing. So, we decided to go to the great outdoors, to Zion National Park. While I had been to Utah a few times before, this was the first time that I ventured to Southern Utah. I was a bit worried that it would be a bit too hot, but while it was indeed warm, the river provided a great place to cool off and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. Due to restrictions over COVID, it was a bit different than a regular trip would have been, but in the end, it was a great trip overall.
